"It was a lovely chalet, as described by the owner. Very homely, and with amazing views. My kids loved the table tennis room, and the pool (even when it was raining!). I'd highly recommend."

"The chalet was clean and comfortable and in a lovely peaceful and picturesque location. However we did have a problem with the bathroom door as lock was lose and on occasions we couldn't get out of the bathroom or in if the door was properly closed. On stripping of the beds as requested by the cleaning company notes left in the chalet, my daughter was quite upset to discover a dodgy looking yellow stain on the mattress protector under the bottom sheet and also on the pillows. This was quite noticeable so wouldn't take much for the cleaning company to replace them when changing the bed linen. It was advertised as having a firestick but there wasnt one, not a major problem but had we known we would have taken our own with us. Overall it was a nice stay and we would go again. "

"A beautiful house in an idyllic location. Wonderful views from a totally secluded garden over the roof tops to the sea.Everything we could need had been thought of and a very nice ‘goodie box’ on arrival.Access from the car parking area to the back door and from there down to the lower garden levels not easy for one with limited mobility, no problem for able bodied though.The garden room was a delightful space.Great access to the station in the village with trains right through from Birmingham International! Excellent local shop and farm shop.I would recommend it for a multi generational stay.I should love to see the garden when the rhododendrons, azaleas and camellia are out-it must be stunning."

"Lovely week in this house. We were 3 families. Made use of the 2 car park passes and were able to park the other car in the road alongside the car park. We spent most of our time in the kitchen/dining room which is a nice communal area. Showers were really powerful. Location is great for train station and walking down to the main area. Recommend the Indian restaurant and Dovey Inn."
