Clean, helpful. Nice location. I recommend the property.

This is a lovely bed and breakfast, and the two owners (Mark and John) are amazing hosts, that do everything to ensure you have a great experience. Highly recommended!

very comfortable bed and bedding

I liked the easy check in

The location was scary at first, since it involved driving uphill on dirt road for about 1.5 miles, at very slow speeds. This also made it very inconvenient to get to the town or local attractions. Abel Tasman National Park is a 1.5 hours drive, each way. But my room was superb. Very nicely decorated, clean and spacious. Had heated floors in the bathroom, and a private balcony, but the view left a lot to be desired. The included breakfast was excellent, which included hot prepared made to order...

Great accommodations! Comfortable, modern, convenient.

Quiet spot out of Picton. Nicely appointed kitchen, confy bed, hot water!

All went well!

Convenient to Ferry and beautiful sites.

We had a fantastic stay at this property. The room was clean and comfortable. Communication with the front desk was great, we received multiple emails prior to our arrival with check in, property, and parking information. The property is located just a short walk from Cuba St. so there were tons of shopping and dining options located within walking distance. One thing to note is that you do have to walk up a short flight of stairs to enter the property, which was a bit tricky with heavy luggage,...

It was very clean. And friendly nice staff

5 minute walk to airport Gas station and Burger King even closer

What sets this hotel apart is the attention you get from the staff. When we checked in we were treated like VIPs, not in a gushy, fawning way but as if there was nothing more important at that moment than explaining things to us and trying to get us a dinner reservation. The room was immaculate and the bed was the most comfortable on our trip.

Room was great with space and comfort. The trip from the car park to the room wasnt the easiest with three bags to take single handedly but it was managed. Room had great facilities including the washer dryer which was great. Kitchen and fridge was very useful and the bed was very comfortable.

Laundry and full kitchen in the apartment-style rooms were excellent. Sauna/spa/pool was a great addition.

Loved saying there! super quite and clean!!

A terrific value- a very spacious, clean room with kitchen, close to everything, complete with patio (love the fresh air)! Would recommend!
