"Yes it was adequate. We like staying there when we are in Albuquerque and always pleasant. This time around our room had only one towel and no shampoo, soap etc. The hair dryer was also missing. Room was okay but not as tidy as they usually are. But we will stay there again because perhaps they were having an off week. "

"My husband and I really liked the room we had. It was clean and very homey. However, the room got a little too warm at night. I had to kick covers off or get up and move around to cool off before getting back in bed. I understand the unit can't be turned down below 70 degrees or the cooling system will freeze, but installing some ceiling fans or floor fans would be very helpful. Other than that, Sonesta was a great place to stay."

"Overall, the room was pretty good. The only issues were a few of the channels on the TV were glitchy and there wasn't enough wash clothes in the room (there was only one). I asked for 2 more, as there was 3 of us in the room. The lady at the front desk was only able to give me 1, as there weren't anymore available. "

"We stayed for 6 nights and housekeeping only came by once but we were told at check in that they are suppose to come by every other day. Trash started to accumulate quickly with 5 people. Pool towels are essentially hand towles they are so tiny. Hotel breakfast was nothing to write home about. Older lady at the front desk was very rude. Overall a very meh experience for the price we paid."

"Chambre propre, sanitaire propre pas de prôblème avec la chambre. Par contre impossible de me connecter à la wifi le premier jour, connexion ok le deuxième jour. J'aurai bien aimé profiter du jacuzzi mais celui-ci était tout le temps occupé par des familles ou des enfants en bas âge dommage...Petit déjeuner ok mais salle un peu petite."
