"Bed had hair on it and staff were not friendly at all."

"The rooms were clean but there was a stain on the bed that I couldn’t identify, not too big of a problem I had already brought my own sheets incase of something like that but I enjoyed the room overall it’s a great inn."

"The room was a little cramped, but sufficient. I was pleasantly surprised by the kitchenette and available cookware, but annoyed at the lack of actual dinnerware (plates, etc). There was no fan in the bathroom (not ideal for hot showers), but the bathroom was clean and nicely appointed. The beds were comfortable and had nice quality pillows. Overall, it was a cost-effective option for a couple of days, and met most of our needs."

"We stayed in the forest suite, and the room itself was nice due to the fact that it had some dishware and a microwave. Storage was pretty sparse as there were only two hangers and two tiny drawers to store clothes. The bathroom was modern and nice and there was some more storage space there. I think the few qualms we did have did in fact add up, and would make it not likely for me to try and stay here again. The bathroom door did not close all the way, the hot water was milky in color, and the comforter and bed sheets had stains on them. I liked the property itself and the food nearby was super good. Being across from a shoppers is also awesome. Overall we liked our stay but there were some things that made our experience not as amazing as we expected. "

"The main floor was good. However there was an ant problem and mold in the downstairs washroom. A detector kept beeping. "

"Very nice "bachelor" pad, nicely decorated, but all in one room like a hotel room. The hot tub outside the unit was inviting, though we did not use it. There were many near-new plug-in small appliances & coffee and cappucino machines, but not facilities for cooking a full meal easily. TV watching was not comfortable with the only sofa being the pull-out bed. In short, very nice for a short stay with frozen meals. "
