"This was my second time staying at this hotel, as I was in town attending TIFF again. I stayed at this hotel a year ago, and I did not doubt this hotel at all. It's perfect as always! Staff are friendly and helpful. I arrived at 6am, and since it was too early for me to check-in, they let me leave my luggage with them, while I go downtown and enjoy Day 1 of TIFF. But before I went, I had a breakfast buffet that was incredible and my server was so awesome, he gave me a cup of tea to go! Loved the airport shuttle that takes you to the airport and back, where it's open 24/7 and picks you up every 30min. The room was beautiful and comfy again. Bathroom was clean and beautiful. The hotel was perfect for my long hours at TIFF, I have a clean, safe and comfy room to relax and unwind in. I highly recommend this hotel to everybody! And I will most likely stay here again if I come back for TIFF next year! Keep up the great work!"
