"The walls of this hotel are paper thin. We heard toilets flushing from the room next door, full conversations from our neighbors and then at night we heard the snoring of the person in the room above us and it kept us up for hours. The hotel itself is nice, but what good is a hotel if you can hear everything happening in all the other rooms? You come to an establishment like this to spend the night and you'd be better off sleeping at home."

"Our room smelled freah and was very clean. Plenty of free parking. The front desk staff were friendly, professional and kind enough to allow us to check in early. Only downfall is the waĺls are pretty thin. The people beside us were talking and listening to music until 4am so we didn't get much sleep. Otherwise, it was a very pleasant stay and the hotel suited our needs perfectly."

"Room was booked on line through Expedia. I booked it for my cousin who has the same last name. She was coming to Orangeville because her Mother had died the day before. When booking, it auto filled my name so I called the hotel to specifically let them know my error. The hotel (I have the name of the staff remember) said I had to change the booking with Expedia. I contacted Expedia and was on the phone for 45 min and then they dropped the call! Disgusting service! If my credit card shows a charge for the room that night I will explode and fight it. "

"Breakfast next door was amazing. Staff super helpful. Water was tricky to get the right temp (in shower) but figured it out eventually."
