"Property is fantastic. It has a beach front entrance, fairly close to the major bus stop and a grocery store, and the temperature control units worked very well. The main bedroom was very comfortable and the shower/wash room is big and provides good water flow. I highly recommend this property for families of 4 or less. "稲葉浩志のファン以外は泊まらない方が無難かと思います… 館内は稲葉浩志グッズで埋め尽くされており、ファンにはとても楽しい空間なのだろうと思います しかし純粋に宿泊施設として見ると以下の点で困ってしまいました ・グッズが多すぎてふすまの開け閉めのたびに邪魔になる ・ふとんやマットレスがペラペラで寝ると疲れる ・家屋が古いので寒い ・エアコンはあるが加湿器がないので空気が感想する ・シーツと布団カバーがセルフなので面倒 ・鏡が1箇所しかなく身支度に時間がかかる ・どの部屋でも稲葉浩志の目があるのでファンでないと落ち着かない それとソファの座布団からまち針が出てきました 誰も怪我はしませんでしたが危ないです という環境ですので、ファンの方以外は気をつけて宿泊してください"

"車での旅に最高のロケーションでした。9号線沿いでガソリンスタンドがすぐ隣にあり、車だと空港や駐車場のある飲食店も多い湖山町へは10分前後、鳥取砂丘へは20分ほど、浦富海岸島めぐり遊覧船の乗り場へも25分ほどでアクセスできました。車で1～2分の道の駅はお土産豊富でレストランも良さそう。ここは陸橋からの眺め、白兎神社も楽しめ、今回は時間が足りなくて残念でした。 部屋はきれいで居心地良く、夏は窓の多い西側が暑くなるのでカーテンを閉めていましたが、海側の窓は夕日が沈んで暗くなるまで景色を楽しめました。湿度が高くバスルーム、洗面所や電子レンジのあるエリアは暑かったものの、扉を閉め切ってくつろぐ部屋はエアコン2台に加えて除湿機も使えて快適でした。オーナーさんもやさしい方でしたし、機会があればまたぜひ泊まりたいです。"
