Very beautiful

Beautiful by the lake. Pay the extra 10 or 20 dollars for the lake view rooms. Nice pool. Nice hot tub. Nice view. Nice deck. Nice gym. Nice people.

This was located in the heart of the Wine Trail on Seneca Lake. Beautiful views - quiet and comfortable. Will be coming back to stay here for sure!

The room was very clean. The lady at front desk was very friendly. Breakfast was so so, very simple.

Definitely lived up to its "fabulous" rating! Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and clean. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. The options for the continental breakfast were many and even nicer was that everything was individually wrapped (but fresh, NOT pre-packaged and sealed with no expiration date!) and pancake machine was touchless. A little further off the interstate than we anticipated but worth the drive. Would stay again

The location, of course, makes it a standout, as well as the attention to detail. The decor is thoughtful--beautiful and welcoming. Anna and Renee were warm and attentive innkeepers. And COVID regulations were very good. I stayed in room #9, which was fully outfitted in Mackenzie Child. It had a lake view and was quite cozy and comfortable. We used this hotel for Thanksgiving overflow at our house. Our suite was spacious and mostly clean. We did find crumbs and a candy wrapper in the couch bed, but overall, nice and clean. On Wednesday they have a light buffet available, and it was really nice. Broccoli cheddar soup with crusty bread was enjoyed by all. I had intended on staying at the hotel down the block. But when it turned up that there were no more rooms for my dates, I picked this hotel very last minute and hoped for the best. I walked in and loved the decor and atmosphere. I learned that this hotel was recently renovated. The room was clean and staff was friendly. Not only was the staff very friendly, but I even got a hand-written welcome note in my room! I chose the hotel because it was pet-friendly and did not charge extra for my dog, but I would recommend it to anyone. Nice, clean room with a coffee-maker and fridge, plus a full complimentary breakfast. The location is on a main road with fast food restaurants, and it is about 10 minutes from Cornell.

La Tourelle is a beautiful hotel with attentive staff. They took all measures to keep staff and visitors safe.

The property was beautiful. We loved the chalet that we stayed in, super comfy bed, beautiful views, no matter which one you stay in. Staff was very kind, helping us park our trailer, and being accommodating. Would highly recommend this little secret in Watkins Glen.

Michelle the innkeeper took good care of us when we visited the area. Great breakfasts! Nice location near the wineries, waterfalls and to visit Cornell University.
