We loved our stay everything was exceptional, especially the staff.

Comfortable suites at decent prices

When we go to the check out the staff give some toy to my little daugher, and this was nice because It was the first time that I experienced something like that. The breakfast and the facilities are great.

The staff was so helpful. Everyone we needed something, such as towels, garbage bags, toilet paper and so on. They were always accommodating. I noticed that they were a little light staffed. I work in retail/ customer service so I noticed things that others may not. Even with juggling a lot of work the staff was all so polite. Excellent place.

If there was a word to describe above excellent or perfection, that's the word I would use for this hotel. Everything, from cleaning, service, employees to delicious breakfast, great pool, easy parking.....absolutely everything was 10 . They even have laundry on site and it's free. The rooms are very spacious and come well equipped with everything needed (they have full kitchens in the suites!!!). We are a family of five with 3 children traveling around US for a year and so far this is the best...

Well worth the price, everything is brand new & clean!!

The room was comfortable and clean. The shuttle throughout the night was a valuable service, and the driver was particularly considerate and pleasant. The desk staff were also helpful. I didn't have breakfast so I cannot comment on that. The only negative was I needed a wakeup call at 3:00 am on the night the time changed. Because the clock was not reset, I was awakened at 2:00 am and couldn't fall back to sleep so I lost an hour of sleep on what was a very short night.

Booking was easy. Arrival was smooth, even on a busy, rainy, local college graduation (Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute) weekend . The new front desk manager had to untangle our multiple source reservation & handled it well, making us feel rightfully not responsible for the mix up. Appreciated her & her colleague’s kindness. We stayed there one night to visit RPI. Very nice hotel. Clean and new. Free Wifi and television has many more channels than other sites with access to Netflix, etc. We had a suite which had a king bed, a full kitchen with dishes/utensils. It is right next to a larger shopping plaza that has a cabarras, sonic, dennys, Japanese hibachi, etc and other chain restaurants. Near the intersection of route 7 and route 87 north. Real easy to get to Troy or go north to Saratoga. Similar to level...

Great location, great

My daughter and I were in town for one night to tour RPI. We certainly chose well with our overnight accommodations. Although the house is quaint, extra clean, and decorated perfectly, the star of our stay was the innkeeper, John. From the moment we walked in, it was like seeing an old friend. John was friendly, kind and took excellent care of us. His hospitality made us want to come back again....very soon.
