"Great property with everything you could want."

"Very clean, lots of room, decorated really nice!!"

"Overall an amazing stay and would definitely come again, those stairs to the dock are definitely not for the weak but we managed and it was totally worth it! I recommend checking out Fillmore glen state park it was beautiful. The property was clean, Rod and Carm were fantastic hosts!"

"The cottage was perfect for our fall getaway to visit our daughter for Parents Weekend at SUNY Cortland. The home felt very welcoming when we arrived, was fully stocked with snacks and a coffee bar, and the decor was adorable. We enjoyed the view from the dock and relaxing on the deck in the evenings. We also enjoyed walking our dogs down to the marina and the close by trails. Our host Erica was very accommodating and helpful!"

"I LIKE THE QUIETNESS AND COMFORTABLY"

"Great location. Hosts are very responsive and accommodating. Would book again."

"This place has plenty of 5 queen beds to accommodate a large family. The family room is also spacious. The back patio has great shade on a hot day. We are a boating family with paddle boards and motorboat. The dock is easily accessed and spacious."

"Very clean and nice place. Swimming was great and the a/c was greatly appreciated. Couple of beds were a little too firm for me, but otherwise we had a great time. Would definitely stay there again."
