"We attended a May wedding nearby so decided to rent via VRBO rather than the expensive hotel rates around college graduation time. Very pleasant stay in spite of being off season. Our dog played on the beach and in the water with the neighbors friendly young dog. Located alongside a brook which was peaceful as you can hear the water coming down to the bottom of the hill and into the lake. "We were the first guests of the season and our hosts were wonderful! The space is smallish and clean with a comfy bed and excellent a/c. It was just enough space for my husband and I. The apartment is right on the lake and has a fantastic view. Nothing is super close out there (as is the case with most of the Finger Lakes region), but there are some great restaurants in the nearby towns, beautiful state parks and tons of water activities. Highly recommend staying at Carmella and Rod's place!"

"Great little property. Neat, clean and tidy. Bedrooms and bath are very small but common area was great for a family of 6. Common area outside was very welcoming by a few of the all summer owners. Our 2 year old niece had a great time playing with one family’s outside toys (with permission of course)."

"We felt like we were in the middle of peaceful woods with our very own lake to skip rocks on. Then we jumped in our car and we were in the cutest town, Skaneateles, with shops restaurants and a great place to walk in just a 4 minute car ride! My kids want us to buy the cabin!"
