Hotel was very good. I booked 2 connected rooms for me and the family and they were very nice and spacious (1 King bed and 2 queen beds). Rooms were quiet and comfortable. Bathrooms were clean. We stayed at the Sheraton Grand Hotel for a week in April, during which time we were shown the utmost kindness and respect by every staff member we came across. The check-in process was simple; our hotel room was neat, modern, with decent views of the city and also proved to be soundproof (apparently there are 3 nightclubs on the premises?).
The Sheraton Grand is central to most attractions, which was important to us as we wanted to be close to the airport, Dubai mall, the Museum of the Future...

My family spent 14 days/15 nights in Dubai.
We were 1st time visitors and we're attending
a event for a week. Then we went on tours.
The Hotel was lovely. Centrally located with great amenities. The pool was wonderful. It is not near the beach, but it is too hot at the beach. The restaurants were very nice. It was immaculate. Our view was beautiful. The spa was terrific. I would definitely stay there again.

Simply amazing! Stunning classic luxury without over dressing design, makes you feel comfortable at entering the lobby. I got Gold Room and oh boy it was fantastic experience! They sent me to check in at 33rd floor and i felt such a VIP guest entire stay. Room was fabulous, showers, bedding, lightning, view and service - i had a blast! Their sunrise pool was such a gem - i didnt want to leave.
Make sure you try their Noire - dining in the dark experience, it was the funniest and most exciting...

This is a great hotel, which is only a 15 minute walk from the Dubai Mall. Everything about my room was great; very comfortable bed, spacious room, lots of storage, and a large shower.
