"The pet rooms have carpet and you could see urine stains in multiple places. Sadly this was the worse night of sleep we have ever had in a hotel. Room was very stuffy and we woke up very congested. I believe this was due to the old carpet that has been soiled on who knows how many times. Great location on the strip but will never stay there again."

"Everything was great and lovely me and my husband had a wonderful time celebrating my birthday weekend. "

"It was AMAZING, minus the traffic noise. Very hard to get to sleep. Hard to beat the beautiful views. "

"There is definitely some areas that could be improved, but there was also renovations going on while we were there, so i think improvement is already happening. For the price and location, it was well worth it, and all the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful! We hope to come back next year!"

"It was a very peaceful and quite. Rooms were clean, and in walking distance of everything we wanted to look at and go too. Very nice staff, our private balcony was really nice as well. I loved hearing the river throughout the night. Very lovely will recommend!"

"Rooms is not at clean as could be. The room we stayed in had some mold on ceiling, and floors was not vacuumed or mopped , you could tell. Other than that it’s a great location to stay. Love Gatlinburg "
