"The property is in excellent condition. The pool with a diving board can entertain you all day. My kids had a blast. The owner is very nice. There is an Etna tour (ask the owner directly) that picks you up at 8mood and brings you back there. Excellent overall."
"Excellent throughout. Close enough to enjoy the city center (15mins by car) and beach (20mins by car), without getting caught up in the hustle and bustle of crowds.

"This is an AgriTourismo establishment built around a working vineyard. The accommodation is sited uphill from the main establishment (500m above sea level) and has in front of it a lap pool ranging from ankle-deep to 2m, there is a ramp enabling less able clients to access the pool easily. "My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It felt like we were staying as a guest at someones home. The best part of this stay was the staff. Franchesca was a true pleasure. She made sure our stay was perfect and was always working day and night to make sure everyone was happy. Her mother Giusy was wonderful as well. She ran the breakfast in the mornings and helped out with guests as well. Was a great experience from staying at a regular hotel. I would definitely stay here again."

"This is a great option for a mid range hotel conveniently located for touring in Rome. Al the amenities were wonderful as was the staff. It is near the subway and in a quiet neighborhood it has an excellent breakfast and a full dinning room. I will recommend to all my friends. "

"When you first walk in, it’s very lovely. The staff is excellent. The area with the beautiful pool overlooking the water the very nice private beach and the facilities are top notch and the breakfast is absolutely wonderful. They make you omelettes and pancakes, which is very unusual for an Italian hotel. Only a couple of negatives, which was the parking that’s not on the hotel premises, but you have to walk about 100 m outside the hotel and the soundproofing of the room. You can hear the people in the hallway outside of your room talking, which makes me think they can also hear us inside our room. Overall, though I would rate this as definitely a hotel that will not disappoint. And I will definitely return back."
