"Great hotel. Clean and in great location. Came to town to watch Reds baseball. Park is walking distance (.5 miles)"

"Chipped paint and furniture. Dings and rust. There was stuff under the bed that hadn’t been cleaned. The range hood was very greasy and dirty. 1 of the two burners worked. Vehicles in the parking lot with flat tires. No kitchen items at all. You have to ask for them. I asked for a can opener and made due with left over food containers. The breakfast is not breakfast it’s snacks. In the morning they had oatmeal packets, packaged muffins and granola bars. But the only thing I wanted was the granola bars and they consistently ran out of them. With limited items they really should stock them well. Or put a few out at a time so that everyone can enjoy them. The pillows were the extremely cheap ones that the stuffing clumps and becomes hard after a wash or two. And they were clumped and hard. But a carpeted floor was softer than these. I asked for different pillows and was told they had none clean but laundry would be in at 11 and maybe they would have some. The staff were pleasant and nice for the most part. And I was just going to leave without a review until the manager showed up at my room around 10-11am demanding to be let in immediately to fumigate and threatened to kick me out when I told her to come back later. She said I had been notified, but I had not. She said the fumigators could only do the room at that very moment and wouldn’t be coming back. She talked to me as if I were a subordinate or a child. I wasn’t dressed and needed to get cleaned up. I just said no."

"Clean Room, Staff was great and excellent location."

"The public areas are stunning-beautiful architecture and art. However, the rooms are less than stellar. The clerk was very short & rude at check-in when I inquired about parking. We ended up getting a switch on our room immediately after checkout due to a strong mildew smell in the hallway that somehow worsened in our room as well as a dirty toilet. Carpets were very dirty with huge stains, there was no pool contrary to advertizement, & bathrooms were very small and the tub wasnt even wide enough to stand with your feet at shoulder-width. The gentlemen providing bell services were kind. We did not partake in any of the dining nor beverage options while here. Overall, the private areas absolutely did not live up to the Hilton name or what I would expect of the brand. "

"very clean, super nice hotel. very easy and convenient stay. right near a big mall with lots of restaurants and things around the area. Will definitely stay here every time I come to cincy. "

"Room: missing thermostat, A/C unit in the room smelled funny and made noised when it was running. The Smart TV wasn't a smart tv but only a hospitality TV. Because of the unsecured network, we could only watch live TV and couldn't even connect to our own hotspot to use the Smart options on the TV. Food options: The Fifth restaurant was only open for breakfast and then sporadically for dinner even though it had a lunch and dinner menu. There were no options to eat there except for breakfast. The Eighteen Rotating Restaurant was an option but was seemingly expensive and needed reservations. Staff: Front desk took all of our concerns but didn't seem to work on the Thermostat and A/C issue we told them about. However, there were very good about switching our room when the door of the first room we had wouldn't close. "
