"Place was clean, a bit cramped. The French door onto the street was very difficult to close, and the convection stove top didn't work. I didn't realize that the flat was in the heart of Madrid's Zona Rosa, with a few busy bars on the same block, including one right downstairs. My weekend rental was marred by shouting and loud singing, in the street and in neighbouring apartments, till after 1 am. I wouldn't stay here again."

"It was a delight to come back to the hotel after a week of traveling. It’s still beautiful and comfortable. We added breakfasts this time and they were phenomenal. The staff is awesome, very professional and caring. I especially appreciate William, Lucia and Igor. They are super attentive and welcoming. "
