"I was on the 13th floor, the elevator was a bit slow. The bed was comfortable, clean didnt have any issues. The bathroom toilet did get clogged and when i told the staff on my last night, she was quick to help. I enjoyed the staff very much, they were helpful and understood english especially when i explained i had clogged the toilet. Shops near by, amazing. Walking distance towards everything. Great selection of food and restaurants around the area. On the first floor is a convenience store which was great. A back behind would.be yhe sea food market which was great but overwhelming, in front if the underground shopping and across the street is BIFF square. A lot of street food, bus stop was close by and the subway. "

The massage was professional, but the attitude was VERY cold: no welcoming, no polite word, no water or tea before or after, no interest from massuese. "

"Good location and near subway. Staff friendly and courteous. Downside is pictured deluxe room on website that I reserved was NOT what we received.. It’s an old hotel, room safe did not work until we called maintenance, then the toilet did not flush so we called again , then the door handle to the toilet room fell off, so I screwed it back in. The sliding glass bathroom door made loud high scraping noise when closing it. I would not recommend hotel to my friends or family."

"They need to remove the automatic door closer on room doors. Every time a neighboring room enters or exits the entire room and walls shake with a loud thud when their door slams shut. Extremely annoying, woken up many times during the night. I can’t believe no one has mentioned this until now. People know how to close doors… I have a stay booked in another branch in a few days I will be canceling that reservation and looking elsewhere."

"Room was very good. Quiet for being in a busy neighborhood. Close to metro stops and 2 stops away from Busan train station. Only negative though to be fair the hotel describes breakfast as very basic. They do not exaggerate. Toast with Jam, starchy rice and curry coffee and tea "
