We found out that the mini split heat pump was broken when we woke up cold overnight. The rental company knew it was broken but didn't bother to tell us to use the backup heaters. "Property is a short drive to restaurants and the town of Trinidad, which was the nicest of all the towns we visited. Our trip was primarily to hike the redwoods and surrounding area, so it was conveniently located to everything we did. Everything was clean, cozy and the staff were friendly. This was our first time here and all of the research I had done led us to book the right place the first time."
