"The ranch is beautiful!! Douglas and his wife were so welcoming and wanted to ensure our 6 year old had as wonderful of a time as we did. The cottage was clean and had ample supplies for cooking our meals. We felt very safe and it was so quiet and peaceful. Our son enjoyed the pool and feeding the animals. "Pretty much as described on VRBO, however, we didn't realize that this is a converted detached garage with a pretty dodgy entry off the alleyway. Minimum amenities described in listing per listing, bed comfortable, unit was clean. Convenient to downtown, so location was great. Patio area not accessible from inside unit, and really was just a fenced in square, so not really appealing area to hang out."

"The cute little town of Trinidad is a great location for exploring Redwoods National and state parks. Hosts were great and photos give a very accurate impression. Great wifi and comfortable accommodations."

"Really enjoyed this home. Three bedrooms and 3 baths, so everyone had their own space, which was nice. The home was clean, and it had a nice deck with bird and hummingbird feeders which we enjoyed. Our favorite part of the trip was watching the resident squirrel regularly pilfering seed from the 'squirrel proof' feeder. :) Fully stocked kitchen, so it was nice to be able to cook food rather than depending on fast food. Town and grocery were a quick ten minute drive away. Quiet...
