Thunderbird Lodge

10/10 Excellent

"The room was clean and cute. There was a lot of traffic noise all night kind of a dull roar. The only complaint I have was no in room coffee maker and breakfast is not until 7. At six am the office didn’t have the coffee out either."

Pine Needles Inn

8/10 Good

"This is an older property with some updates, very clean, we had an end room and it was by a residential area so fairly quiet except for the train that would pass by rarely. This was contactless check in and check out so we never spoke to a live person although we did see the housekeepers around the property. Room had all the basics, soap and lotion and shampoo and body wash and Lavazza coffee pods and hair dryer. Cute retro refrigerator/freezer (small size), and microwave. Heater was a little noisy so we had to turn it off at night. Chairs felt a little flimsy but did the job. There is a smart TV and fairly good WiFi. Towels were a little on the thin side but the water got hot right away and there was good pressure. For the price this was a decent place to stay, had to drive to get to downtown and the restaurants, the Starbucks and the market."

My Place Hotel-Redding CA

10/10 Excellent

"I was very very impressed with this hotel. I was in the last room on the first floor, close to the parking lot. It was so quiet. I felt so safe. The grounds are immaculate. They really keep up with cleanliness and maintaining the landscaping. Perfect location. Set back. I highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely stay at my place hotels in the future. The best and biggest perk is the reclining chair. It was the best night sleep I’ve had on my vacation in the last 10 days. There is a full-size refrigerator, a cooktop and a microwave. The only downside was the width of the shower. Because they put the body products on the wall, I felt almost claustrophobic with the shower curtain touching me."

Best Western Plus Hilltop Inn

10/10 Excellent

"Nice hotel. Nice people who work there. The new apple tv was not working most of the time but they were working on it. The hot tub was hot but the jets didnt work. The restaurant attached was great, the breakfast is the best ive seen at any best western across the country. I would stay there again for sure."
