"Love, love, love this cute little hotel in Ithaca!
This is a motel-style facility (drive up to your room) that has been completely renovated. The rooms are so beautifully decorated and clean. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms lovely. Each room has a fridge and microwave. It is in a somewhat rural area and so quiet with nice views from each room. Breakfast in the morning is simple but high quality.
It is run by a lovely family who are so kind and polite. It is far better than you usually get at this price point. This is a hidden gem, as the other reviews say. Definitely try it out!!"
"This motel was good especially for the price. One of the two rooms even had a smart TV. The floors were dirty but looked clean. Only when you wipe the floor with a wet cloth, the cloth becomes black. The breakfast wasn't a huge selection but was very decent for a motel."
"The AC in our room didn't cool properly and the room was so humid our paperbacks curled. The shower was constantly running so our bathroom was hot and steamy. The staff was made aware of this problem. It wasn't so bad we would ask for a different room but it was less than perfect. Otherwise it's a great place. The old charm is comfortable.
