"Breakfast was very busy, floor Staff a bit chaotic and the place was dirty. The young staff at Sigi’s were just wonderful, friendly, so pleasant and accomodating but the older staff a bit rude-disappointing to see. Security on grounds were lovely as were the guys in Lobby."

"This is a lovely hotel. With great a staff. It is away from the city but close enough by Grab for that part of Penang to be accessible. The breakfast was great and varied. The gym was excellent."

"A beautiful hotel which is immaculately maintained. The gardens are right on the coast, but there is no beach access directly from the hotel. We stayed in the Rasa wing which included free soft drinks by the pool, daily afternoon tea and cocktails and canapés each evening. There were several dining options within the hotel, with many other choices available just a short walk away. Staff are friendly and extremely helpful. We would thoroughly recommend for a relaxing stay."

"This hotel is well run and well managed, service was professional and friendly. Forgot passport in the safe and manager of the hotel handled it with speed and diligence to safely deliver the passport to the airpot so I could make the flight. what more needs to be said."

"The room was spacious and clean with a lovely shower and separate toilet and bath. the room was serviced each day and bottled water and towels provided. Tea and coffee making facilities supplied. The breakfast Buffet was well presented with a nice variety of food. The staff were very courteous and attentive. The pool staff were excellent along with the food service poolside staff. We have been holidaying many times at the Bayview Beach Resort and never been disappointed with our choice of venue. congratulations to all the lovely staff who made our holiday such a lovely experience. "We stayed for 4 days enjoying the kind and thoughtful hospitality provided by Brendan Hamid and Hamada. The recently restored bungalow was fully equipped, very comfortable and had lovely touches like a library of recent books on Penang history its buildings and gardens, flora and fauna. We stayed in a large room on the ground floor which was spotless. The views from the balcony of Georgetown and Butterworth were wonderful. The hotel is very conveniently located close to the Penang Hill funicular station, restaurants and cafes. The Eythrope was an excellent base for an extremely enjoyable relaxed stay on Penang Hill. "
