"We really enjoyed our stay at Anatole-we would definitely stay here again if we were exploring the old quarter of Hanoi! Our room was spacious, clean & quiet & had a seating area. We enjoyed a sauna, the pool & the cold jacuzzi! The staff weee really friendly & the breakfast was amazing! We had our own personal concierge too! Thank you for helping make our vacation wonderful! "The staff were so helpful and accommodating. We arrived very early and they let us know as soon as our room was ready for check in. They also gave us a map and pointed out all the sights and even gave us cafe and restaurant recommendations. The sky bar was a highlight and they took very good care of us. Some of the best customer service we have ever experienced and perfect central location with everywhere a short walk away. Cannot recommend this hotel enough! "

The check-in was smooth, and the front desk staff were very friendly—especially recommended great local restaurants. "Capella is a great hotel. There's a lot of blingy furniture which is not really my style but is supposed to resemble 1920's and they've done a great job. The hotel provides afternoon tea and cocktails. The staff the was a bit disorganised and i was told that cocktail I ordered was no longer available as they ran out of it so I assumed the cocktails were pre made and did not really contain the alcohol strength I'm familiar with esp my Negroni."
