"It was everything as advertised. A heated pool would have been better and special lamps to zap the mosquitoes as an idea for future renters. Refrigerator with ice making capability was a huge surprise and the greatest, most appreciated, feature! (funny to say but true). No coffee drip machine but coffee percolators (discovery for most Americans). Good space for 6 of us! Will consider renting the same villa every year. "

"The house was well located with a great view to the ocean. Only issue we found that the lower bedrooms front needed a handle plus the pathway needed action, muddy area when raining. Overall it was very pleasant and enjoyed our stay at the house."

"We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful house in Beaulieu-sur-Mer! The home itself was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the train station, making it super easy to get to Nice, Monaco, and Menton and other places around.
