"The rooms were clean and modern and very comfortable. Cleaning service was very good. The main pool was good size and clean, there is fun rooftop area with good views and soaking tubs. Our breakfast was included, you ordered off a menu and it was tasty and filling. If you have rented a car and want to see a lot of sites, Centotes, mayan ruins, etc great location. You can still walk to good restaurants in Tulum and ten minute bike ride to beach. There is really no public beach in Tulum and had much seaweed. Jaguar beach is US$20 per person entry fee. The Jaguar park beach is very nice and we did stop at Paraiso beach club which had nice facilities along with the very nice Jaguar park beach."

"I will stick to the basics . Upon arrival greeted at the front desk by Christopher he was terific . He filled us in on everything we had to know .Parking for a small fee under the building was convienent . The Two roof top pools were outstanding . The rooftop restaurant clean and tasty . If you plan on eating breakfast daily at hotel prepay for a better price .The area was quiet and safe . 7 / 11 down the block and many more chain stores plus locally owned nearby . Room clean daily to our satisfaction . Overall the Naala Talum lived up to our expectations . PS our AC worked well ."

"The property is located in a national park within walking distance of Tulum ruins. Felt very safe. It is a bit costly to stay within the park. Many fees for the park and ruins. There are electric carts that run between the entrance, Tulum ruins, beaches and the museum that are very convenient. The front desk staff were fantastic! Food was great and the rooms are unique. Stucco inside and thatch roof made it feel like we were in a hut..glad it didn't rain! Some rooms have showers and toilet outside which offers sufficient privacy. Property was well maintained but the beach had too much seaweed. Overall great experience! "
