"No think about it just book it. The staff and owner were great. They are expanding to make it even better. Underwater gym, sound healing classes and full spa coming in November. I will be retuning. This was my first time in Mexico and I made a great choice in starting at Kan Tulum. The grounds were even prettier in person. We rented e-bikes and got hurt and the staff once they heard were so concerned and attentive asking daily about our progress. This place was worth every penny."

Both of the ladies that worked the front desk were wonderful in helping us out with several things, such as recommendations for restaurants, coffee shops, and most importantly for us, upon checking out, ordered us a taxi to our next destination and negotiated a set price for us to pay. If you’ve done any research regarding Tulum taxis, then you’ve heard the horror stories. We would definitely consider a return to this hotel for another visit in the future. "
