Being a frequent traveler Expedia VIP member this is the best hotel I have ever stayed at in 5 continents. It is family run, 5 rooms ON the water, amazing views and great personalized service. Food was amazing and our every need was attended to. Adnan and Hadi were very pleasant and classy . My grandmother got sick and they helped us with seeking medical care and took the extra 10 miles to make sure we are taken care of I will definitely be back . Lovely boutique hotel right on the sea near Sidi Bou Said and Carthage. Beautifully decorated, secure, and quiet. Breakfast was delicious with eggs, pastries, yogurt, fruit, and local delicacies. Sana and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I didn't use the pool but it looked wonderful. My room looked right out at the sea. Perfect. Hint: Use local app Indrive (like UBER) to save on taxis.

The building was an example of fine architecture and well decorated. The room was exactly as advertised with a great view of the surrounding area. The most important part of my stay was the attention provided by Taieb the manager whether it was help with finding a tour guide or when a where to have breakfast everything ran smooth and I felt like my patronage was valued. Anyone staying at this property will not be disappointed.

The hotel is located in the beautiful old town, the Medina. The room was very nice and clean. The staff are very friendly and extremely polite; they are always ready to help if you need anything. I highly recommend it.

Nice hotel on the edge of the Medina. The hosts were lovely people who were very helpful. Hotel was situated in a working class neighborhood but was very safe. Great value for the money spent.

Third time in this hotel, and as usual, welcoming staff, clean, and comfortable rooms, very decent breakfast , location is good, and easy access to old Madina "twenty minutes good walk" and the airport is a short drive, for tranquility and peace of mind I do strongly recommend this hotel

It was our fifth stay in this hotel over the last 3 years, and once more we have been very satisfied with the experience. As known, the overall situation in Tunesia is not very appealing but the hotel is coping very well with the difficult circumstances. Therefore, we continue to recommend visiting this place.

The staff are very welcoming and friendly and they deals with guests like they are family member not a customer. The location good and safe. the break fast need to be upgraded by adding more items.

I can't say enough about how perfect this place was. The location is absolutely perfect and I used the map and recommendations provided throughout my trip. I stayed in the Blue Room and the original tiles were beautiful. The breakfasts every morning were absolutely delicious. Every one of them could be on the menu at any top brunch place in New York City. The cat also made my trip. It never came into my room, but waited for me outside of my door every morning wanting a cuddle.

Dar Souad was the best place any traveler could choose when entering Tunisia. They’re so friendly, accommodating, kind, and considerate. The rooms are clean, the beds are very comfortable, the entire space is cozy, and the food is delicious.
