"Great value, room was very spacious and clean, beds were comfortable. Just an 10 minute walk to the rim and about 4 minutes to the Lodge where you can purchase food, drinks and souvenirs. Front desk staff was especially helpful with helpful directions and tips of locations for specific views. I would love to visit again. "

"Property was undergoing renovations. They offered to move is to the sister property across the street that would either match our rate or refund the difference. We were very happy they were honest with us stating there would be quite a bit of noise and the television service wouldn’t be working. The sister property was clean, had free breakfast, and very accommodating people. The breakfast staff was especially kind and helpful. We would definitely stay at either property again"

"While the staff were friendly and helpful, and the common areas were nice and cozy, I was disappointed with the condition of my room. It was very dirty and had an unpleasant odor. Additionally, the furnishings were old and worn, and not in a cute rustic aesthetic way. "

"Rooms are older and had a distinct smell to them. The mini fridge and ac had a difficult time trying to keep things cool. The Steakhouse restaurant was great and it was amazing staying in the park. "
