We didn’t use the pool or hot tub. The soda machine took my money, and when I told the front desk attendant she said “yeah it took mine a few days ago” but obviously she didn’t label the machine as not working. "

We were placed on the 4th floor despite noting during booking that we were traveling with an 18-month-old, and within the first 10 minutes we had a noise complaint called on us, which was frustrating given the circumstances. I asked to be moved to a lower floor, but the request was refused due to a wedding party staying at the hotel. I was told they couldn’t downgrade me to a queen room, which was disappointing as we were simply looking for a more practical arrangement with a young child. The pool was advertised as heated, but it was very cold and not enjoyable to use. Additionally, the pillows were quite uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Overall, I was disappointed, especially since I had higher expectations based on the reviews. Needless to say, I will not be staying here in the future."
