"Very comfortable double bed in the single room. Lots of nice touches like a proper Nespresso machine and full sized hairdryer but silly mistakes in room layout meant I had to put the coffee machine on the floor as there was not socket nearby and I had to unplug the tv for the hairdryer to be anywhere near a mirror. Aircon worked and was useful as windows were sealed."

"I will be kind and start with the pros. The room was quiet and very dark. We slept well. It’s one of the quietest hotels I’ve ever been in. It was a great contrast from the city. The cons. 15 euros to hold each bag if you arrive early. We requested an early check in for 40 euros, but we waited a half an hour before they told us they didn’t have a room for us. And we still had to pay the bag drop off fee to finally leave and see the city. Poor service. Dirty carpet in the hallways but the room was clean. Very minimalistic, which is nice to the eye, but inconvenient for traveling. Not even a towel to use as a bath mat. One hand towel and two bath towels for our two person room. No tissue. No shelf to sit anything on. No extra room. No phone to call down to the front desks. No front desk. If you’re okay with absolutely NO bells and whistles and you just want a quiet room to lay your head you can make this work. If you want a dry towel to land your feet on so you don’t flood the bathroom, look somewhere else."

"Trip with daughter. Great location to Big Ben and London Eye. Close to Waterloo station. Beautiful room and hotel. Loved the late night singer and piano player."

"Perfectly located as directly connected to T4 with easy access to other terminals from there. Breakfast was excellent with great options including fresh fruits. Room was clean with modern bathroom. The only negative was no coffee machine in rooms but great espresso coffees with breakfast."

"1st impressions not good self service check in didn’t work then was passed from staff member to another still machine not working eventually was allowed to do it at reception no apologies nothing took forever so left a sour taste in my mouth."

"A really nice place to stay. Dead opposite the Savoy, spot on for the theatres. I would say sleep using the AC and not with the window open as it’s a busy area with plenty of traffic. We had a great time, staff are friendly and breakfast was delicious. Would definitely stay here again."

"Wasn’t quite what I was expecting on check in, more an apart-hotel than hotel. Check in area and bar / restaurants very good with nice ambience. Was a bit disappointed with room, didn’t feel it really reflected the pictures and description. Very small and space sacrificed to make into a studio area. Bed was tucked into a corner which made it awkward for 2 people and bathroom space limited. Expected it to be a bit more luxurious for price and compared to rest of hotel. That said, great location for Nottingham Hill and Portobello market, gym facilities an added bonus which we enjoyed using. Overall had a great stay and would stay again, knowing what to expect."
