"Our stay was fine. It isn’t a luxury hotel and is ok for a quick basic stay. The bed is so hard and uncomfortable which isn’t ideal for a hotel stay although the cushions are great. The hotel seemed to be very busy when we stayed and getting through to the front desk before our stay and during was pretty impossible no one answered the phone and we kept getting cut off. In general it was ok I’d say more of a 3* hotel. "

"The bed was so comfortable and the room was nice and quiet. Breakfast was delicious and staff was friendly. The water pressure and temperature of the shower was perfect. The room had plenty of space. My only two complaints were that there was dark hair in the sink. I am blonde, so it definitely was not mine. One of the sockets next to the bed didn't work either, but there were plenty of other outlets around the room."

"We enjoyed our stay here. The staff were friendly. The property is beautiful even though there are some items that need updating. Nothing crazy. Just details I noticed. But I would stay here again. These items wouldn’t prevent me from booking again. It’s really close to the tube so it’s very convenient. "
