10/10 Excellent

"Hotel is very nice and beautiful. Staff was excellent. Be prepared for 30$ a night for parking, no free breakfast and a soda costing you 6$ but it’s Minneapolis it’s a big city and we were downtown soo whatta gonna do? Just a small town girl living big dreams as much as possible, but very noice place to stay. Parking lot a little sketchy you think for 30$ a night they would have like a security gate…..nope. Other than that it was a lovely stay."

"The beds were super comfy and the rooms were very clean. The description said there were milk and cookies delivered at 10pm nightly, but that didn’t happen. I don’t know if we were supposed to ask for them or not. The staff were awesome about getting us transportation to and from the event we were attending. They also were very helpful with getting our parking arrangements made."

"The only thing I didn't like about this hotel was the fact that the hotel restaurant imposed a mandatory 20% gratuity. Food there was good in the service was excellent but that was a kind of a sticking point for me. Everything was wonderful and I'm going to stay there again but I do take issue when somebody forces a gratuity on me. I did eat there and the service I had was excellent at the bar when I had dinner. But imposing a mandatory gratuity does cross the line."

AC Hotel by Marriott Minneapolis Downtown

10/10 Excellent

"Very well located Marriott, not the most upmarket hotel but our room was very comfortable and clean. The Front Desk staff were excellent and helpful throughout. and we enjoyed the gym . Parking in the hotel-linked lot was convenient and straightforward, though there is a $40 daily fee. The workspace in the lobby worked well for us though it would be nice to have a space separate from the lobby’s hubbub."
