"The property is located high on a cliff with a beautiful view of the Cappadocia region. The hotel is amazing, the room was excellent, clean, cozy, quiet and comfortable. The hotel decoration is high quality. Staff of the hotel is friendly and helpful, they try to do everything to make your stay smooth. The only downside is the restaurant. We haven’t tried the whole menu, but what we tried was ok only. I’m not saying that is bad, but it could be better specially when you take in consideration...

"When entering the room for the first time, the room had the WOW factor. It's a very beautiful room. The view is stunning. A five minute drive down the road and you will see all the balloons taking off above the fairy chimneys, that is if youget up earlyenough. Most of the staff are friendly but bring Google translate along, you'll need it. It's a total of five minutes walking time and you're exploring the first cave. "We have stayed at this property a number of times over the years. The hamam, sauna, and pool are excellent and one of our biggest perks to stay. The other perk is usually the incredible view of the balloons that are launched early morning each day but unfortunately, neither of our 2 mornings there, were there any balloons. The reasoning was weather but the weather was beautiful each day. That, of course, is no fault of the hotel, just a disappointment to us. My only complaint was that the wifi...
