"This is a beautiful large hotel in the middle of a residential neighborhood and easily walkable to the Imperial Palace gate. We also walked to the train station which was a bit further than we expected but totally doable even with luggage. The breakfast buffet was great, lots of options and staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were larger than expected. We found that everywhere we went in Japan beds were much harder than we are used to in the US and this hotel was no exception. Everything was very clean and well maintained and we would definitely stay here again."

"This hotel,is situated near the train station with a shuttle bus to transport guests to and fro. The rooms were more spacious than normal with a very comfortable bed and excellent linen. The staff were very courteous and polite. The breakfast bar had an excellent choice of dishes. The only downside was the wifi which was unreliable at times."

It was a massive plus having a decent sized premium room, a free shuttle bus to the train station and early luggage drop offs. We highly recommend booking a premium room, as we had access to a special premium lounge which had daily afternoon tea, snacks and alcohol readily available to unwind after a long day"
