Muito burocratico o checki-in, varias exigências. O ar condicionada está apenas no quarto. Tivemos dificuldades em sintonizar a TV da sala.

"O ambiente estava limpo e organizado 90% dos dias. O anfitrião foi solicito quanto ao uso dos espaços coletivos, a cozinha conta com espaços e utensílios para preparo das refeições. Havia roupa de cama e toalhas limpas e foram trocadas conforme o uso. O ar condicionado gelava muito bem.
Pontos a melhorar = os hospedes nem sempre mantinham a regra de silencio, o banheiro era compartilhado e os colchoes dos beliches eram um pouco desconfortáveis, não há garagem. Talvez eu não tenha me atentado...
