"The hotel and room was beautiful and in a great location. Sadly, due to an airline strike, we had to last minute cancel or second night to fly home. We were devastated. The staff were so empathetic and compassionate towards our situation and even helped us to get a refund on our second night even though it was non refundable. They were beyond accommodating.
