"Beautiful property! Quaint inn located a few minutes from the center of Woodstock . The inn has 10 rooms between 2 houses , breakfast from 8-9 am , and plenty of room to sit and take in the views . Bed was very comfortable slept great . Would definitely return and recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in this must visit area of beautiful Vermont. Oh and there is a covered bridge too !! Bonus : saw a bald eagle fly over the river while sitting in Adirondack chair on the lawn enjoying a glass of wine and the views ❤️. Check in is at 3 pm and was smooth and easy . Kind owner who recently bought the property. "

"4/28/25 Stay: Exceeded expectations everywhere. Owners were very accessible and greeted us to make sure we had everything to make our experience memorable. Location was fabulous as very safe and walkable to anywhere in town. Convenient parking on premise. Room access was secure, comfortable, extremely clean, and appointed with every amenity you could think of and more. I will stay at Jimmy’s anytime I visit Woodstock and highly recommend you do so as well."

"We loved our stay in this home. The interior is exactly as pictured in the listing. It has the character you would expect from a Woodstock home. As for the exterior, it is so much more than what the photos show. The views from the riverside of the home are breathtaking. We visited in mid-spring. We were amazed by the vivid green, the sound of the river, the songbirds, and the fog hanging low over distant trees first thing in the morning after a rain. It was truly a spectacular sight. The screened in balcony on the second floor was delightful. Drinking coffee on the back porch early in the morning was serene. There was more than enough room in this house for our party of 3 adults and 1 toddler. I greatly appreciated the self check-in/check-out process and how easy it was. The agent responded quickly to any inquiry or comment I sent over the VRBO messaging system. We had our privacy while also knowing we had direct access to support around the clock. The location is just perfect. Easy walking distance to the center of town over the covered bridge. The heating system knocked a bit one night but was short lived. I only heard it for a few minutes. It worked very well otherwise. I do recommend the owners provide a small coffee and tea starter kit that includes pre-filled, individually packed coffee filters for example, tea bags and sugars. Would be a nice touch! When we return to Woodstock this is the house I’ll be looking up first for availability!"

"The innkeeper, Lea, was excellent! She helped with our check in process. It went seamlessly. And she helped us when we had an issue with our TV. She was also extremely helpful with our breakfast and checkout! I would give her 5 stars! And the home was beautiful!!!"
