"Super breakfast, good variety of food. The staff were great, they went out of their way to serve us. Always smiling and happy. The rooms were ok, the carpets looked a bit tired, but overall it was a lovely room. The best thing about it was it was walking distance from the V&A waterfront, the best area for walking, eating and going for trips. "

"We recently stayed 5 nights at this beautiful hotel in the heart of the City and thoroughly enjoyed every moment of it. From the time we checked in to the time we checked out we were treated like royalty and every whim was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Our beautiful rooms had excellent views of Table Mountain and two restaurants on site offered excellent food options, with the Bombay Brasserie a must visit. The bar too is an excellent place to unwind after a long day. I can’t say enough about the staff …..everyone from the front desk, concierge, doormen, bar & restaurant staff always had smiles on their faces and were eager to please. We have stayed here before and will certainly do so again. "

"Beautiful location with views of the canal and harbor. Apartment was clean and well accessorized. There was only one face towel for two people and we couldn’t get another. The kitchen is fully equipped but they don’t supply napkins or paper towels. The info manual in the apartment was from 2018 and not up to date. I had to call to get the WiFi code. "
