"It was my first time in Portland and staying here made everything so easy for exploring and getting to all the places I wanted to see. While I was at first nervous about the virtual desk component, the staff at the front desk during the day were very helpful and the security staff at night made the stay feel very safe. It was a very relaxed feel. I stayed at this hotel for a week. The bed was very comfortable and the standard queen room had everything I needed. I particularly appreciated the steamer for my clothes and the little thoughtful things in the way the rooms are set up for simplicity but efficiency. I would stay here again."
