"We stayed 2 nights in the French Room prior to biking parts of the GAP and C&O. We loved the privacy of this space and a magnificent breakfast was only a short walk away around the corner. While we drove our vehicle to Harper's Ferry, our bikes stayed safe in the bike garage. We discovered we would not be able to walk back from the Amtrak station as planned since that bridge that is so close to the property is under reconstruction. The room were spacious and very clean, the beds were so comfortable my husband didn't want to leave :) Colleen at the front desk was so very nice and helpful!
