"The hotel room had everything you would need. The bed was huge, The bathroom was quite small but was adequate and was in good condition. The breakfast was great and had lots of choice. The restaurant was spacious and clean. The location was fantastic. Right opposit the castle walls and kist about 4 mins walk from the Princiipality Stadium."

"Check in easy enough, greeted by a hoover blocking our door with all cleaning products just dumped outside, had to move all to access room, thankfully no one was in there. Noise of lift can be heard in room all night, windows were mouldy and had so much condensation that there was a puddle on the ledge below. Brought these issues to the hotel after leaving and no response to any emails or phone calls"

"The hotel was a really good we were pleased with our choice particularly with other high ranking hotels in the mix! The staff were extremely warm, welcoming and helpful and the package we got made our stay extra special for our first wedding anniversary! The bar was nice and relaxed and a great range of drinks! We stayed breakfast but chose to have breakfast just one of the mornings initially so we could experience a breakfast in the centre of Cardiff. The breakfast was average and although we ordered our coffees none arrived - this was probably due to how busy it was. The breakfast we had the following day in Cardiff, although slightly more expensive, was delicious, fresh and promptly given. The location of the hotel was excellent! The pillows could be slightly more firm and it was noisy at times in the night due to other guests. Other than these minor things, we had a great time! Thank you 😊 "
