"Excellent Hotel, well-located next to Cardiff Castle, parks, shopping areas, etc. Clean and well cared for. Reception staff went out of their way to be helpful (we had a complex booking because we were working around a concert bundle stay, with a booking before, and a booking after the concert date) and to make sure we had continuity in the room we stayed in and simplified things as much as possible to make it relatively seemless. Excellent restaurant and lounge. Paid breakfast is worth it for convenient schedule, and hot and cold selections. Only note is that the hotel hosts graduations celebrations during the end of June and the event room does not have a ceiling, meaning that the sound carries through the open foyer up to the upper levels, but events end relatively early. Bring earplugs if you are a light/early sleeper, just in case."
