"Overall excellent Prime location Is being upgraded as needed for years but then should be much better Room great but needs aircon Green tea needed in rooms and tissues Moved rooms this time as was too warm …. But room moved to had cobwebs and dust on tv stands !!! Not really acceptable Ok in ur home accidentally but not in paid hotel room. Beds very comfy Breakfast excellent but plates need to be warmed as cooks the food "

"The person that checked us in was very welcoming, we were given a bottle of wine as we chose the eco option due to staying two nights. The foyer, lifts and corridor to our room were clean, clutter free and well decorated. Our room was spacious, clean and very welcoming, the bed was comfortable as were the pillows. Everything in the bathroom was immaculate and the hand soap etc was great quality. We had a great nights sleep, the room was a great temperature and the curtains kept the streetlight out. We went to the bar both nights and the staff there were also great, the choice and quality of the drinks were great too. We’d definitely recommend this hotel!"

"Pool nice clean, not a fan of booking a slot but understand this needs done at busy times. Venue very big and plenty to do but give yourself time to get around. Lifts can take some time to arrive and are usually busy"

"Very poor. Heating not working phone broken, room very cold.Given a very small oil heater not much use at all. Requested blankets twice! Had to go to reception! Eventually povided an extra duvet. Staff surly and did not seem to care at all. No offer of any compensation for a terrible night in this place."

"Stayed at the EasyHotel in Cardiff for a night while we were out in the city. The room was small, but that’s exactly what we expected when booking, and it suited our needs perfectly for a short stay.
