"It's an old but well kept property bang in the city centre with shops, restaurants, pubs, the central train & bus stations nearby. It's so accessible that we had no need for transportation at all. The major drawbacks are that breakfast isn't available on week days and the hotel has no elevator, so get ready to log your heavy luggage all the way up flights of creaky stairs."

"Great location easy reach to all the main areas for shopping and castle just over the road . There was nothing I didn't like . Stayed on first floor in a king room . It had a bath and a separate walk in shower . Room was spacious and had mini fridge which kept drinks cold ! I usually go for dulux room but tbh this had everything event dressing gown and slippers and non entry to executive lounge . I didn't require this as only used the hotel to sleep . Parking is discounted if parking in nearby...

"The hotel is in a convenient location opposite the Utilia Arena. It is also within easy walking distance from Cardiff city centre, the Principality Stadium and Cardiff Central Railway Station. It was certainly different having a room with an inside view of the lobby, but there were blackout curtains on the window and the air con was working.
