It was really all we needed. I really appreciated how ecofriendly they are, not even having plastic lids for the coffee cups in the lobby. The lobby was staffed 24 hours a day and the staff were all very helpful. They followed the Golden Rule."

"Have been there before but it has been greatly upgraded since then. Very comfortable rooms, breakfast as i'd expect but could do with slightly more eating space Not keen on dog friendly but there again i don't like animals. Staff alwaya cleaning though which was good to see."

"This is our go-to hotel when want a few days away. It’s location is perfect for visits to Cheddar Gorge, Wookey Hole, Bath and many of the other beautiful area’s around this hotel.
