"The hotel is lovely, we were met by a lovely lady at check ( she is from Rumania) very helpful and friendly. We thought the car park fee of £18is a bit steep but it is city centre and great that it is under the hotel. The room is lovely, very comfortable and clean."

"Great location, right in the heart of the main resurant and shops, yet quiet. The staff were so friendly and helpful. A big thanks to the lovely lady on reception when we arrived making the stay relaxing and enjoyable. The property while of a older vintage is clean, warm and the bed was super comfortable. Diisounted parking in public parking close by was available. . Property has no parking access out front as on the walking only part of the shops. There are also steps, no lift. Secure front aceess too. I would stay again. Thanks very much to the staff for making our stay memorable in Cardiff. "
