"This stay was great and perfect for my weekend with friends!! Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others! The staff was very friendly and helpful"
"The worst vacation rental I have ever stayed in. No check-in available was available. Upon contacting one landlord, I was pressured to accept staying at another property, which is a violation of Expedia/Vrbo policy. I declined, and upon entering the property I booked, found that there was no bed, and was once again pressured to accept another property. Upon accepting this new property, it was empty. I had to ask multiple times for proper bedding, after spending four days on a train from Vancouver. Landlords do not appear to understand the difference between a Vacation Rental and a Permanent Rental. I left the property after four days in order to find more suitable accomodation with respectable landlords, my attempts to come to terms with a refund were met with the silent treatment. Shame on the people who operate this slum, and the people that enable them."
Spacious Basement Apt Open Concept wth Separate Entrance No Walls Dividing Rooms
10/10 Excellent
"This stay was located in the suburbs of Pickering. You have a separate entrance and will stay in the basement of the home. The stay includes a lot of amenities such as toiletries and cooking spices/oil. The wifi signal is strong and there's a guest login for some streaming services. This is a perfect stay for a solo traveler or a family of three. The washer/dryer and stove were a little dated but serviceable. I would book again!"
"We rented this property while we were undergoing renovations in our own home. The location was perfect for us as we live in the same general neighbourhood. The townhouse had everything we needed to call somewhere home for six weeks. The only thing we missed was access to cable tv which is not available in the unit. The host was very responsive to any inquiries we had over the duration of our stay. Overall it was a pleasurable experience. This was our first experience using VRBO. "
"I needed somewhere to stay close to a friend and this did the trick since I was gone most of the day and needed somewhere to sleep. It felt relatively safe and quiet. Walkable to Eglington GO train which is handy. If you’re not picky, this place would work in a pinch. Shared bathroom had me needing to remember to bring toilet paper and hand towel from my room. Cleanliness of bathroom depended on extra guests, so hard to judge that, but sink needed attention as it was slow to drain. The bed only had a fitted sheet and top sheet, no duvet or comforter, but since it was summer that worked okay. "
