"Very good value for money. Initially a bit apprehensive as I was staying alone with teenage son and our room was right at the entrance to the bar on the ground floor. It felt very safe though - staff and locals using the bar were all very friendly and there were no problems with noise at all. Clean and comfortable room too. The bar area has a nice atmosphere too. It was quiet enough during the day to sit in a corner and work off my laptop (great coffee served!) and then busier at night where...

"We just needed a place to stop over and this hotel gave us everything we needed. A large room with a double bed and a large sofa bed for our 8yr old. A good cooked breakfast, I asked for veggie sausages and they cane no problem. Easy to get to and plenty of parking. We could of eaten in the hotel but next door was a McDonalds, which had an indoor soft play and outdoor play area- great for kids!"
