The moment we arrived we were greeted with a warm and inviting welcome from Jade who was genuinely friendly and kind. When she learned it was our anniversary she brought us champagne and a lovely gift to our room. Jade was very knowledgeable about the area and gave us good recommendations for sites and restaurants. Everyone that we met at the hotel were friendly and welcoming, making our stay feel like we were at home. The daily breakfast offered lots of variety and delicious and healthy options. And the dinner we had one evening was spectacular! The food quality, preparation, and presentation were impressive. The service at the restaurant was excellent thanks to Adnan, Dirk, Elio, Ditmer. The service was also excellent at the front desk from Rym and Karim. And Eleanor immediately solved an issue we had with grace and a commitment to excellence. We’d like to recognize and thank Jade, Eleanor, and everyone we’ve mentioned for making our stay very memorable and special. We will definitely return to Pillows Brussels again and we highly recommend this hotel. "
