"Very nice establishment that offers wonderful views of Brussels. The view from the sauna and the gym cannot be beaten! The room was nice and spacious, bed was comfortable. Staff in charge of lounge and food service seem to be quickly disorganized and inefficient. At the end of the day many towels were abandoned in the spa and lockers couldn’t be used "
